Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive and productive work culture.


  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment processes, from job posting to on-boarding.
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts, letters, and employee databases.
  • Collaborate with management to support employee development initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee events and training programs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance HR processes.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
